ICN has signed and MoU with the World Alliance for Efficient Solutions, established by the Solar Impulse Foundation. The World Alliance is selecting 1000 clean and profitable solutions that protect the environment. The selected solutions will be presented at COP24 to encourage governments and companies to adopt more ambitious environmental targets and energy policies. In our partnership with the World Alliance, ICN delivers solutions through our global network of cleantech clusters, providing ICN companies with new match-making opportunities, stregthening their credibility and boosting their visibility. International Cleantech Network (ICN) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Urban Future Lab (UFL), New York City’s hub for smart cities, clean energy and smart grid technology. The agreement with UFL allows for member companies of ICN to apply for and receive a fast-track procedure for a place at the ACRE incubator that facilitates access to the New York and American markets. This agreement also allows for companies at the Urban Future Lab to apply for the ICN Passport via the ICN Secretariat. The official presentation of the MoU will take place in New York City on May 4 at the Urban Future Lab in Brooklyn, NY at a networking event together with the Nordic delegation.
