To facilitate opportunities for the clusters and SMEs alike, the work of ICN is organised through a transparent governance structure. ICN members are highly involved through active participation in the Working Groups and Task Forces.

WORKING GROUPS

PROJECT DEVELOPMENT

This working group aims to facilitate project development after an opportunity is identified by the ICN secretariat or one of ICN’s members.

C2C & SME SUPPORT

In this working group, relevant information to clusters is shared and business opportunities are promoted.

TASK FORCES

EC2i

The objective of this Task Force is to implement the EC2i COSME project. The first project related matchmaking mission was organised in New York City in May 2018. See here for more information.

FUNDING

This Task Force identifies strategic partnerships relevant to ICN which may support the activities of the network.

ICN MEMBERSHIP

The aim of this Task Force is to identify new membership structures to further strengthen the ICN network.
